This website runs on Zoho Sites and is hosted in Zoho's EU data centre. The provider is Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HS Utrecht, Netherlands. We have a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
When you visit our website, the following technically necessary data is processed:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- content of the request (specific page)
- access status/HTTP status code
- amount of data transferred
- referring website
- browser type and version
- operating system
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in displaying the website and keeping it secure).
Retention period: 7 days.
3. Cookies and consent
We use technically necessary cookies on the basis of Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We only use other cookies and similar technologies, in particular for web analytics, with your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We obtain your consent through a cookie banner. 4. Web analytics with Zoho PageSense
With your consent, we use Zoho PageSense, a web analytics service provided by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HS Utrecht, Netherlands. PageSense records how visitors use our website, for example pages viewed, clicks, scrolling behaviour (heatmaps), device, browser and approximate location. It uses cookies or similar technologies. We use the results to improve our website and the ways you can contact us.
The data is processed in Zoho's EU data centre. We have a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Enquiry form and contact
If you contact us using the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (such as name, company, job title, phone number, email address, area of interest and message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
Details submitted through the enquiry form are transferred directly to our customer relationship management system, Zoho CRM, and stored there. The provider is Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HS Utrecht, Netherlands. The data is processed in Zoho's EU data centre. We have a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. After you submit the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent in the form).
We do not pass your data on to third parties without your consent.
Retention period: we only keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
6. Spam protection in the enquiry form
To protect the enquiry form from automated submissions (spam), we use the Zoho CRM captcha, which asks you to type in a displayed sequence of characters. The captcha is provided by Zoho Corporation B.V. from its EU data centre. No data is sent to Google or other third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing misuse).
7. Links to social networks
Our website links to our profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. These are plain links, not embedded plugins. No data is transferred until you click a link and open the platform. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
8. Customer portal
For existing customers, we link to our customer portal on Zoho Invoice. The privacy information shown there applies when you use the portal. Processing takes place to fulfil our contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
